• Hiking required: It depends on your ceremony location. Some viewpoints are accessible with minimal walking, while others may require short hikes or shuttle access. I help every couple choose locations based on ability, attire, and timeline.
• Closest town: Springdale, Utah sits right at the entrance to the park and has hotels, restaurants, florals, and transportation options.
• Crowd level: High — especially mid-day and during peak months. Sunrise, weekdays, and shoulder seasons make a huge difference, and strategic planning is key here. *Psst, Bridget and Brandon held their ceremony a little outside of Zion – which meant ZERO crowds!!!
• Pet-friendly: No. Zion has strict regulations, and pets are only allowed in very limited areas. Most ceremony and portrait locations are not dog accessible.
